Prof. Nathan Intrator - Director, Acting CEO – Israel

Widely recognized as a world expert in the field of signal processing (an area critical to the work of KSX), Prof. Intrator has over 100 peer reviewed publications in major journals and conferences.

He is also the Founder of two technology start-up companies, including one in the field of Cardio Pulmonary interactions – an area complimentary to that of KSX. He has been responsible for the establishment, funding and expansion of these entities and brings to KSX an impressive range of technical, project management, commercial and leadership skills, including successful interactions with major funds and investors.

Prof. Intrator is also a Senior Faculty Member of the School of Computer Sciences at the University of Tel Aviv and Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

Prof. Noam Gavriely - Founder, Director, CSO – Israel
M.D. and Ph.D. from Technion Institute in Israel

Founder and former CEO of KMAT, Prof. Gavriely is an international authority in Pulmonary Acoustics, and holds multiple patents on phonopneumography. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience, and has commercialized multiple medical devices with world-wide distribution.

Dr. Henry Pinskier - Executive Director and Managing Director of Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales - Australia

Dr. Pinskier is an experienced Health Sector operator at General Practice and Hospital Sector, and Health Sector entrepreneur. He assists in interfacing with healthcare professionals who deal with asthmatic and COPD patients on a daily basis.

Mr. Larry Murdock - Managing Director of USA Marketing and Sales

Mr. Murdock has 25 years experience in global medical device marketing focusing on respiratory care and bringing new products to market quickly. Larry is a registered respiratory therapist and credentialed college instruction in California for respiratory sciences.

Mr. Isaac Kroin - CTO

Seasoned technology leader in medical devices with a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and M.B.A. Mr. Kroin has been the moving force behind the Acoustic Asthma Management technology for the past 10 years.

Mr. Kobi Asher - CFO

Mr. Asher has extensive experience as a CFO in the high technology sector in such companies as: The Celletra group, MES and Simigon. Prior to taking CFO positions, Kobi was a Controller for the Elbit Group.

Mr. Oren Cohen - VP Operation

Mr. Cohen brings to KarmelSonix over 10 years of senior management experience in the field of operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cohen served at Spectrum Dynamics, a manufacturer of Nuclear Imaging systems as QA and engineering director. Prior to his position at Spectrum Dynamics, Mr. Cohen served as Engineering Manager at Comverse. In addition, Mr. Cohen brings with him extensive experience in Quality, Production management ERP and PLM systems. Mr. Cohen holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering.
